Provide your order number and a clear description of the reason for the return/exchange.
We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Return/Exchange Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us for returns/exchanges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your
return/exchange is received.
Return/Exchange Approval:
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will process your return/exchange, less shipping costs, and notify you by email.
Refunds/Exchanges:
For returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be sent to you once the return is approved.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
Cancellation of Orders:
